Job Description
At Hair Repair Bar, our motto is "Repair first, Style second."Our unique treatment-focused approach diagnoses, analyzes, and restores hair health before styling—giving clients beautiful results and long-term hair wellness.
We're a growing boutique salon in Manhattan focused on exceptional service and expert hair care. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Experience Coordinator plays a key role in creating a warm, polished, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage salon bookings and scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages
- Process client checkout and payments
- Provide hospitality services (beverages, coat check, client comfort)
- Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
- Assist with salon operations such as stocking products and light laundry
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in hospitality, salon, spa, retail, or front desk roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Experience with scheduling or POS systems preferred (Salon Iris a plus)
Schedule
Part-time (Tuesday & Wednesday)
Weekend availability required
