Barber / Men's Hairstylist at FORM Men's Grooming
Looking for an experienced barber / men's hairstylist ready to take the next step and be brought on as the first other person into the FORM Men's Grooming brand.This includes a position in our studio including a place in the first ever FORM barbershop set to be open this time next year in close proximity to the current studio location.
FORM is meant to become a franchisable Men's Grooming Company that curates premium tailored products and houses forward-thinking talent in signature FORM barber studios and academies all around New York and eventually North America and further.
Space Description
The space is located at 2306 North Ocean Ave, Farmingville, NY 11738, inside Sola Salon Studios Farmingville Branch. The studio is a premium suite with window access and code-operated doors. There are 2 chairs on the back wall accompanied by a large 72" mirror and 8" shelf underneath. It is expected that all or most equipment will be carried on a provided mobile tool cart or be stored readily available in the cabinets above and below the sink in order to match the minimalist environment.
Requirements
- Booth Rental / 1099 Employment
- Willingness to represent and do right by the company
- Experience cutting and working with all hair types
- Proficient in both contemporary and traditional masculine hair styling techniques
- Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism if needed
- Relevant Master Barber or Cosmetologist licensing/course certificates
