Apprentice / Assistant at Truman's Gentlemen's Groomers

Truman's Gentlemen's Groomers is a high-end men's grooming salon in Midtown Manhattan, offering precision haircuts, straight razor shaves, skincare, and more in a refined, elevated environment.

We are looking for a motivated Apprentice / Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in the industry and train alongside a strong team.

This role is a training position.

You will learn:

• Men's haircutting fundamentals
• Straight razor shaving
• Professional client experience
• How to build and grow a clientele

Responsibilities

• Assist stylists with daily services
• Shampoo clients and prep stations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
• Support front of house and client experience
• Learn by observing and assisting senior team members
