Responsibilities

• Assist senior brow artists in performing brow shaping, waxing, threading, and tinting treatments with precision and care
• Support clients by providing consultations on brow styles, maintenance, and aftercare instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
• Learn and operate salon software systems to schedule appointments and manage client records
• Help ensure a welcoming atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries professionally
• Stay updated on current brow trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service quality
• Contribute to team efforts by supporting other esthetic treatments

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for the beauty industry with a keen interest in brow artistry and grooming techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Basic understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment
• Must hold a valid Esthetician License (NY)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Passion for beauty, brows, and lash artistry
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Growth in company commitment 1-2 years

Compensation & Work Location

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
