What You'll Do

Provide high-quality men's cuts, beard services, and grooming services
Deliver exceptional client experience and uphold Truman's standards
Build and retain strong client relationships
Recommend grooming products and educate clients on home care
Maintain a polished, clean, and organized workstation
Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-focused environment

What We're Looking For

NY Barber license required
2+ years experience preferred
Strong foundation in men's cutting and grooming
Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong communication skills
Passion for the craft and continued education
Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
