Licensed aesthetician who is confident with hands-on skincare treatments and excited to grow with a luxury, high touch practice. This role is primarily commission based, allowing flexibility while ensuring high earning potential. You'll perform customized facials, dermaplaning, and — once trained — microneedling and chemical peels.Responsibilities
- Perform high quality facials and dermaplaning services
- Provide microneedling and chemical peel treatments once trained and certified
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and recommend appropriate services
- Maintain accurate documentation and treatment notes for every visit
- Educate patients on aftercare, skincare routines, and ongoing treatment plans
- Support retail education and product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and treatment protocols
- Arrive prepared and ready for scheduled clients
- Collaborate with the B.Free team to support a consistent, high-quality patient experience
Requirements
- Active NY State Aesthetician License
- Experience with facials and dermaplaning
- Interest in (or prior experience with) microneedling and chemical peels
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
- Comfortable working on an as-needed basis based on booked clients
- Passion for skincare, patient education, and delivering excellent results
- Skilled in social media management to boost brand visibility and attract new clients
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage plus bonus potential
- 10% commission on all retail skincare sales
- Hours are based on scheduled patients; employees are typically only scheduled when appointments are booked

- Maintain a 90%+ patient satisfaction rating
- Strong rebooking rate (goal: 50%+ rebooked appointments)
