As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality waxing services while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and client care. You will also have the opportunity to expand your skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform various waxing services for clients, including but not limited to body, facial, and eyebrow waxing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service by consulting with clients about their needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend suitable products for skincare.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products to enhance client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in waxing techniques and beauty treatments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours including Saturday

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license required.
• 1 Year Experience in waxing services is essential
• Experience with hard and soft wax
• Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within a salon environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Previous experience in retail sales.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development in the beauty industry.
