Duties

• Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Perform advanced techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to meet diverse client needs.
• Utilize salon software like Meevo for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking to streamline operations.
• Educate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments with excellent communication skills.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in color theory, barbering techniques such as straight razor shaves, and overall store management practices.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and related services.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation protocols, and advanced styling techniques including hair extensions and eyelash extensions.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Skills in nail care, makeup application, hair threading, and store management are a plus.
• Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
