Leadership Responsibilities

As a Lead Stylist, you will:

Mentor junior stylists and assistants
Help maintain salon standards and professionalism
Build and retain a loyal clientele
Assist with service quality control
Promote salon retail products and services
Support salon events, education programs, and community outreach
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
Help create a positive and supportive team culture

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Cosmetology License
Minimum 3 years behind-the-chair experience
Strong knowledge of textured and multicultural hair care
Professional appearance and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong social media presence is a plus
Existing clientele preferred but not required
