Store Manager at CurrentBody (The Beauty Tech Group)
We're looking for an experienced, sales-driven Store Manager to lead our CurrentBody pop-up at Belmont Village in the New York area. This is a rare opportunity to bring a digitally native, clinically-backed beauty tech brand into a premium retail setting, owning the customer experience, driving store performance, and building a high-performing team from the ground up.What You'll Be Doing
- Own the day-to-day performance of the pop-up, driving sales and delivering against KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop a small, high-performing retail team
- Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience, educating shoppers on beauty tech
- Bring the CurrentBody brand to life in-store through storytelling, product demos, and activations
- Lead product launches and in-store campaigns, ensuring strong execution
- Manage customer flow and maintain consistently high service standards
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, compliance, and reporting
- Act as the key point of contact for the pop-up, partnering cross-functionally with our corporate teams
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, ideally within premium beauty retail
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales performance
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or beauty tech
- Experience delivering a consultative, education-led customer experience
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams
- Highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
