Front Desk Receptionist – The Right Touch Day Spa

At The Right Touch Day Spa, our front desk team coordinates all daily activity and creates each client's first and last impression of the spa. We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, and maintains a positive, professional attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and checking out clients with warmth and efficiency
• Educating clients on spa services and retail products
• Booking and managing appointments
• Maintaining and organizing client files
• Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
• Ensuring cleanliness of common areas and helping with laundry as needed
• Problem-solving to ensure a seamless client experience

Position Details

• Approximately 25+ hours per week, year-round
• Must be available weekends and 3–9 PM on some weekdays
• Our hours: Monday–Friday 10 AM–9 PM, Saturday & Sunday 9 AM–5 PM
• Spa or hospitality experience is required
