Salon Receptionist at Laser Hair Removal Spa

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SPA ENVIRONMENT

Spa owner is seeking an outgoing, diligent and responsible receptionist/Spa coordinator for our quickly growing Laser Hair Removal Spa. Must be 100% committed to this position and looking for long-term growth. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment with minimal downtime. Very busy phones, and back-to-back client appointments, which means you'll need to be smiling under stress. We value customer service and need someone who can be warm and welcoming at all times! The client is always right! You must have an upbeat personality, the ability to keep up with a busy schedule and be customer service and sales oriented. You must be able to sell. This requires an outgoing friendly personality.

Social media skills needed to help manage posts.

We will train you on the type of laser we use so you can educate our customers.

Must be well groomed, professional attire. MUST BE ON TIME. We are looking for someone 4 days a week. At least one weekend day will likely be required!!! MUST be available on the weekends.

This is a service business, so customer service is 100% of our product. An upbeat attitude and understanding the customer's needs and expectations are our priority. We are looking for someone to treat our business as their own. In return it's a great environment to expand spa knowledge and to gain first-time industry experience.
