Salon Operation Coordinator

At Mellow Bar, our front desk team is at the heart of the client experience. From welcoming guests to coordinating appointments and supporting daily operations, you'll play an important role in helping our salon run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and set the tone for their visit

• Manage appointments: scheduling, confirming, and answering questions

• Handle check-in/check-out and process payments with accuracy

• Keep the reception area tidy and inviting

• Share information about salon services, promotions, and policies

• Help monitor inventory levels and restock when needed

• Support the team with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required (4th day is flexible)

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, client-focused attitude

• Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems

• Must be available at least one weekend day per week

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs if needed

• Interest in the beauty/wellness industry and client care
