In addition to cuts and color, en.Salon offers a wide range of services such as perms, digital perms, and Japanese straightening. This naturally draws a diverse clientele in terms of age, hair type, and background, with each stylist building their own unique customer base.

We value a calm and relaxed salon atmosphere where each guest receives personalized, high-quality service. Stylists do not double-book clients, allowing them to focus entirely on one guest at a time—resulting in most stylists being fully booked 2–3 months in advance.

• New Stylist Campaign: Promotions and events to help new stylists build their clientele
• Steady Appointments: Thanks to our strong base of loyal clients, most stylists are booked 2–3 months in advance. New stylists can quickly fill their schedules.
• Skill Development Support:
• Assistants: 4 hours/week of one-on-one training (paid during working hours)
• Junior Stylists: 2 hours/week of one-on-one training (paid during working hours)
• en.Salon Consultation Training: Unique en.Salon training to refine your client consultation skills

Training Period

A training period of about 2 months (depending on your schedule) will help you learn customer service, shampoo techniques, and salon operations. Once you pass skill tests in shampooing, drying, and stylist support, you'll begin working directly with clients.

Pay Structure

• Commission-based pay + weekly bonuses
• Weekly bonuses start as soon as you begin making sales
• $15/hour guaranteed wage for stylists without an existing clientele
• Assistant can earn tips from supporting stylists
• Twice-yearly holiday bonuses for long-hour employees
• Average annual income for stylists: $75,000–$85,000
• After becoming a stylist, those who wish to take on more responsibility have the opportunity to receive additional bonuses beyond technical commission—such as for leadership roles, management, or other special positions
