Details

Training Period
A training period of approximately 2 months (depending on working hours) is provided. During this time, stylists will undergo a technical skills check. If improvement areas are identified, additional training will be offered. After passing the skills test, stylists begin working with clients. Some stylists may start as Junior Stylists based on the assessment results.

Pay Structure

• Commission-based pay + weekly bonuses
• Weekly bonuses begin as soon as you start generating sales.
• Guaranteed hourly rate for stylists without an established clientele.
• Long-hour employees receive twice-yearly holiday bonuses.
• Stylists at en.Salon earn an average annual income of $75,000–$85,000.
