Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle front desk operations including checking in appointments, scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows
- Utilize computer skills with our spa software system, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, etc. to prepare reports, correspondence, and invoices
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or professionals
- Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and managing incoming mail and deliveries
Experience
- Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Experience in medical spa or day spa receptionist roles is a plus but not required
- Strong typing skills along with proficiency in data entry, proofreading, and filing procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Availability for day shift and night shift required
Compensation
Pay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hour
