MUST LIVE WITHIN 20 MILES OF LOCATION (30-60 MINUTES MAX)

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle front desk operations including checking in appointments, scheduling, and maintaining visitor logs
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative workflows
  • Utilize computer skills with our spa software system, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, etc. to prepare reports, correspondence, and invoices
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or professionals
  • Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and managing incoming mail and deliveries

Experience

  • Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience in medical spa or day spa receptionist roles is a plus but not required
  • Strong typing skills along with proficiency in data entry, proofreading, and filing procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of customer service experience required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Availability for day shift and night shift required

Compensation

Pay: $24.10 - $29.02 per hour
