Igor M Salon is seeking a dynamic and motivated assistant to join our talented team.

She/he must have a friendly demeanor, be knowledgeable in hair styling, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-end environment. The Assistant is responsible for building positive guest relationships within the salon, ensuring ease of transition between guest's hair services, providing exceptional shampoo experiences, as well as assisting with hair color and style services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and professional guest services.
• Build positive relationships by listening to guests and effectively identify and meet their needs with each hair service including shampoos, glazes, and conditioning treatments as well as assisting technicians with blowouts and color applications.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the products and services available to guests.
• Assist with the flow and tidiness of the salon, maintaining the visual standards of the salon floor and backbar areas.

Requirements

• Must have or be actively pursuing a hair/cosmetology license.
• Must have a positive, friendly, and outgoing personality.
