Position Overview

Seaport Medspa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with an artistic eye and is passionate about delivering safe, natural-looking results.

The ideal candidate has experience performing cosmetic injectable treatments, values collaboration, and enjoys building lasting relationships with patients. You'll work alongside an experienced team of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Licensed Estheticians while following established protocols that promote consistent, high-quality outcomes across our practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and facial assessments
• Administer cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers safely and effectively
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's anatomy, goals, and budget
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
• Collaborate with fellow providers to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and clinical development
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and medical ethics

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or NP license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injecting experience
• Proficiency with cosmetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Experience with biostimulators (such as Sculptra®) and PRF treatments
• Experience working in a high-volume medical aesthetics practice
• Commitment to continuing education and clinical excellence
