The Role

As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient outcomes while helping grow the Bespoke brand. You will perform aesthetic consultations and treatments, educate patients on treatment plans, contribute to social media content creation, and collaborate closely with our providers and support team.

The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, personable, confident in treatment planning, comfortable on camera, and genuinely excited about helping patients look and feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
• Deliver an elevated luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold all clinical compliance standards
• Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations
• Participate in content creation, educational videos, before-and-after photography, and social media initiatives
• Contribute to practice growth through patient retention, relationship building, and ethical treatment recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
• Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Professional appearance and polished bedside manner
• Comfortable creating social media content and representing the practice online
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing patient following
• Experience with neurotoxin and various types of HA filler for facial balancing
• Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF/EZ Gel PRF
• Experience with Morpheus8, IPL, RF, CO2 laser, or other energy-based devices is a big plus
• Strong personal brand and social media presence
• Aesthetic certifications and ongoing training history
