Duties

• Provide a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Perform body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Upsell additional services and products to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, beauty products, and techniques.
• Offer excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or requests.
• Assist with retail sales of beauty products related to nail care and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of cosmetology practices including dermabrasion, hair styling, and eyelash extensions is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Experience in retail sales is advantageous for upselling services and products.
• Certification or license in cosmetology or nail technology is required.
