Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
• Utilize techniques such as dermabrasion to improve the appearance of nails and skin.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance practices.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and techniques to provide innovative services.
• Assist with hair styling or hair threading as needed to provide comprehensive beauty services.

Skills

• Proficiency in various nail techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades for their nails
• Experience in upselling products or services effectively
• Familiarity with hair styling techniques is a plus
• Understanding of esthetic laser treatment is advantageous but not required
• Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean work environment consistently
• Basic knowledge of retail math for managing product sales
