Sarine's Beauty Salon is a family-owned salon in South Ozone Park, Queens. We've been serving our community for over 17 years and have been in our current location for 12 years.

We're a close-knit team that values respect, consistency, and a positive work environment where both clients and staff feel comfortable and supported. As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable, team-oriented nail technicians who are interested in building long-term with us.

Duties

• Perform manicures, pedicures, gel, hard gel, and acrylic services with attention to detail
• Provide consistent, high-quality service to all clients
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with salon standards
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their preferences
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy times
• Recommend services or products when appropriate

Requirements

• Experience as a nail technician or cosmetologist (portfolio or photos of work is a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open to working a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
• Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and current trends
• Takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the overall salon environment

Compensation

$17/hour OR 40% commission (whichever is higher), plus tips
