Sarine's Beauty Salon is a family-owned salon in South Ozone Park, Queens. We've been serving our community for over 17 years and have been in our current location for 12 years.

We're a close-knit team that values respect, consistency, and a positive work environment where both clients and staff feel comfortable and supported. As we continue to grow, we're looking for reliable, team-oriented nail technicians who are interested in building long-term with us.

Duties

Perform manicures, pedicures, gel, hard gel, and acrylic services with attention to detail
Provide consistent, high-quality service to all clients
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with salon standards
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their preferences
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during busy times
Recommend services or products when appropriate

Requirements

Experience as a nail technician or cosmetologist (portfolio or photos of work is a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Open to working a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships
Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and current trends
Takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the overall salon environment

Compensation

$17/hour OR 40% commission (whichever is higher), plus tips
