Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented Nail Technician with strong technical ability and a refined aesthetic to join our team. As a wellness-forward salon dedicated to clean and luxurious beauty services for busy, health-conscious clients, our signature manicure and pedicure offering is Dazzle Dry - a premium, high-performance, 4-step non-toxic nail system that's beloved by our clientele and core to our nail care philosophy.
• This role also provides the opportunity to promote the Nail Technician's own business and/or beauty brand, regardless of whether they are a commission-based employee or rent a chair.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Dazzle Dry manicures and pedicures focused on nail and cuticle health
• Educate clients on the benefits of Dazzle Dry and clean nail care
• Recommend retail products and home-care regimens
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Build lasting client relationships and word-of-mouth referrals through high-quality service
• Stay up to date on trends in clean beauty and natural nail health

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nail Technician License
• Experience with Dazzle Dry strongly preferred, but not required (we can arrange for official Dazzle Dry training)
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Passion for clean beauty and natural nail care

Compensation
