Duties

• Perform Russian Manicure and Russian Gel Nail services with precision and care
• Deliver detailed prep and clean cuticle work for long-lasting results
• Maintain a calm, clean, and supportive work environment
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with a steady, loyal client base
• Upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
• Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields is required; additional training in esthetic laser treatment or dermabrasion is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of nail care products, sanitation procedures, and safety standards.
• Skilled in various beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and barbering.
• Strong understanding of color theory to create visually stunning designs tailored to each client's preferences.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform detailed work with precision.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new techniques and industry innovations while maintaining high-quality standards.
• English speaking is required; Russian speaking is a plus.
