Licensed Nail Technician at Nampa Beauty

We are seeking someone who takes pride in clean, detailed work and can create a welcoming experience that keeps clients coming back.

Compensation

• 45% commission on eligible nail-service revenue
• Guaranteed minimum wage of $17 per hour for all hours worked, in accordance with New York law
• Employee receives 100% of their tips
• Commission and compensation growth opportunities based on performance, client retention, and reliability
• Products, equipment, booking support, salon clientele, and marketing provided

When earned commission exceeds the guaranteed hourly wages for the applicable pay period, the employee will receive the higher commission amount.

What We're Looking For

• Valid New York Nail Specialty license
• Professional salon experience preferred
• Strong manicure, shaping, cuticle-care, and polishing skills
• Experience with structured gel, Gel-X, and nail art is highly preferred
• Excellent sanitation and workstation-cleanliness habits
• Reliable, punctual, and able to check and manage the daily schedule
• Friendly and confident when consulting with clients
• Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Willing to recommend appropriate services and add-ons without pressuring clients
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Weekend availability is preferred

Schedule
