• Apply color theory principles to create customized nail art designs that match clients' preferences and current trends.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by following sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on nail care, and upsell retail products related to beauty and nail health.
• Stay updated on the latest industry techniques such as esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and barbering services to offer comprehensive beauty solutions.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent customer service skills, fostering client loyalty through personalized attention and professional communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a professional nail technician within the beauty industry; familiarity with salon safety protocols is essential.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication best practices.
• Expertise in applying gel manicures, acrylic nails, nail extensions, and performing pedicures with precision.
• Ability to perform additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, or hair extensions is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills combined with retail sales experience to upsell products confidently while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or related fields is required; ongoing education in new techniques is encouraged.
