Nail Technician at Glowly

This position is designed for an established nail technician who wants to learn advanced Russian techniques, increase their earning potential, and build a long-term career in a modern, professional salon. This is not an entry-level position.

Complimentary Russian Manicure Training

Previous Russian Manicure experience is not required. Selected candidates will receive professional training at no cost in:

• Russian Manicure technique
• Russian Smart Pedicure technique
• Hard Gel application and natural nail strengthening
• Safe electric-file techniques
• Nail architecture, shaping, and product application
• Glowly service and quality standards

We are not teaching basic nail skills from the beginning. We are looking for experienced nail technicians with strong foundational skills who are ready to learn advanced techniques and quickly apply them while working with clients.

Glowly also provides monthly continuing education, technique upgrades, and professional development for the team. As your skills, speed, service level, and qualifications grow, your compensation and service pricing will grow as well.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of professional nail technician experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in a busy nail salon
• Strong, confident hand skills and attention to detail
• Experience using an electric nail drill
• Experience working with at least one professional nail system, such as: Acrylic, Hard Gel or Builder Gel, Gel-X, or Dip Powder
• Ability to perform clean, consistent nail services within a professional salon timeframe
• Experience communicating with clients and working with a full appointment schedule
• A professional portfolio with clear photos of your work
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and follow Glowly service standards
• Valid New York State Nail Specialty License
