Russian Manicurist/Pedicurist

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed Russian manicure and pedicure treatments, ensuring high standards of nail care and hygiene
• Apply advanced techniques such as nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and polishing with precision and artistry
• Educate clients on nail health, color theory, and aftercare to promote healthy nails and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients and staff
• Upsell additional services such as nail enhancements, gel polish, or body waxing to enhance client experience and revenue
• Assist clients with product recommendations related to nail care, skin treatments, or retail items
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for personalized service
