Shift Lead Nail Technician at Hue Nail Club
Hue Nail Club is seeking an experienced Nail Technician to serve as a Shift Lead while continuing to perform nail services throughout the day.This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized salon environment and enjoys helping operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform manicure, pedicure, and enhancement services
- Maintain salon cleanliness and organization
- Manage laundry and restock supplies
- Monitor inventory and report low-stock items
- Assist with client check-in and overall guest experience
- Support daily salon operations and workflow
- Communicate maintenance issues, inventory needs, and client feedback to management
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Qualifications
- Active New York Nail Specialty License
- Minimum 2 years of nail technician experience
- Comfortable with e-file for cuticle work
- Confident in at least one enhancement service
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
