• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow.
• Upsell additional services such as hand or foot massages, nail enhancements, or retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends including new nail techniques, color theory, and innovative treatments like dermabrasion or dermal fillers when applicable.
