What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role with a strong portfolio of nail art and care techniques Knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs tailored to each client’s style Familiarity with sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment Licensed in cosmetology or manicurist. Strong communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their beauty needs Retail sales experience combined with upselling skills to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offering personalized recommendations based on current trends and color theory principles. Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and cleaning workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Educate clients on nail care routines, product benefits, and retail options to enhance their overall experience. Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions and body waxing. Stay updated on the latest industry techniques. Manage retail sales effectively using retail math skills to meet sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Must have a valid, manicurist or cosmetology license. Must have experience.
