Muse Beauty Bar is a growing beauty studio in Westfield, MA, known for high-quality lash and beauty services. We are a small team of two lash technicians that is expanding and looking for a talented Nail Technician who specializes in Russian manicures to rent a chair in our welcoming and professional space. If you take pride in your work, value a clean and relaxing environment, and already have a strong client base, we'd love to connect!

What we're looking for

• Licensed Nail Technician in Massachusetts
• Looking for someone specifically interested in chair rental (not commission-based). Rental rate is negotiable depending on experience and schedule
• Specializes in Russian manicures (e-file cuticle work, structured gel, etc.)
• Professional, clean, and detail-oriented
• Has a solid clientele base and manages their own bookings
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about quality service

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures and nail enhancements with precision and creativity.
• Sanitize tools and workstation according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on nail care products and services available for retail sale.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer clients innovative services.

Skills

• Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures and nail art.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe working environment.
• Retail sales experience to effectively promote products to clients.
• Attention to detail and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
