Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance to promote healthy nails.
• Utilize color theory to create aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client preferences.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience and increase overall satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and color theory.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with hair styling techniques is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
