• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and inviting for clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and information to clients about salon services and products.
• Assist with retail sales, utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively.
• Communicate effectively with stylists and clients to ensure smooth operations throughout the salon.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Must have prior receptionist experience in a nail salon.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Excellent phone etiquette for managing incoming calls professionally.
• Previous experience in a salon or retail environment is preferred but not required.
