Job Description

LL Touch is a growing medspa dedicated to helping our clients feel confident and beautiful through personalized skin and laser treatments. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our passionate and dynamic team.

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will perform advanced skincare treatments, build client relationships, and contribute to an elevated client experience. You will work in a collaborative environment where ongoing education and personal growth are valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:
  • Laser hair removal
  • Laser facial treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Customized facials
  • Chemical peels
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create tailored treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and home skincare routines
• Build client loyalty through exceptional service and follow-ups
• Drive retail product sales through knowledgeable recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company protocols
• Participate in marketing initiatives and team meetings
• Support general clinic tasks (laundry, light cleaning, reception help when needed)

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Aesthetician License required
• Laser Technician Certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• 2+ years of experience in a medspa or dermatology practice
• Proficient in laser hair removal, facials, and advanced skincare treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology and skincare products
• Excellent consultation, communication, and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales-driven with a passion for helping clients achieve results
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
