• Powell Studio Academy – Equipping top-tier providers with expert aesthetic and business training to elevate their careers.

Hours of Operation

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Schedule

Tuesday–Friday, Full-Time

About the Role

We are quickly growing and seeking a hardworking, high energy Licensed Aesthetician with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Candidates must have a love for the Wellness & Aesthetic industry and be willing to train, learn and continue to grow with our team and as an individual. Ideal candidates will have experience with Medical Grade Skin Treatments & Skin Care.

Core Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Education

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine appropriate treatments
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, treatment expectations, and post-procedure care
• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs and skin types

Aesthetic Treatments & Services

• Perform advanced, non-invasive cosmetic procedures, such as:
• Facials
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Laser Treatments

Requirements

• Aesthetician License
• Excellent customer service skills with outstanding verbal communication skills
• Positive and upbeat personality
• Professional and mature demeanor
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team player mentality
• Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and embrace company culture
• Work a flexible schedule as we are open some evenings
• Open to learning new techniques and procedures and brand language

Compensation & Benefits

• $20/hour paid biweekly + Tips
• Bonus + BAM incentives aligned with team performance and practice goals
