We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.

Duties

• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Perform other specialized techniques as requested by clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products that align with client needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Skills

• Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and barbering.
• Experience with hair extensions is appealing.
• Strong front desk skills with familiarity scheduling software.
• Excellent retail sales abilities with a focus on upselling products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver satisfactory results.
• A commitment to sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
