We have opened our second location in Southampton and are looking for an established stylist to add their CRAFT to this inspiring space.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles that enhance our clients' appearance while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.

Duties

Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
Perform other specialized techniques as requested by clients.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment.
Engage in retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products that align with client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

Skills

Proficient in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and barbering.
Experience with hair extensions is appealing.
Strong front desk skills with familiarity scheduling software.
Excellent retail sales abilities with a focus on upselling products.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and deliver satisfactory results.
A commitment to sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
