Job Highlights
Licensed Massage Therapist at
Build a Career Without Burning Out — 12–16 sessions per week | W-2 | Benefits | PTO | Flexible daytime schedule
Massage therapy can be a long-term career — if the job is designed correctly.
Our practice is intentionally structured around therapist sustainability. We believe talented LMTs should be able to earn a stable living, continue developing their skills, pursue the specialties that excite them, and still have enough physical and emotional energy for a life outside of work.
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist who wants to build the next stage of their career in a supportive, specialized medical massage practice.
What Makes This Position Different
- 12–16 sessions per week
- Flexible daytime scheduling
- W-2 employment and career stability
- Opportunities to develop and become known for your own clinical specialty
- A practice that actively markets each therapist's individual strengths
- Opportunities for increased responsibility and professional growth
- A team environment focused on excellent clinical work and being a supportive provider and listener to people that have often been through medical trauma, rather than rushing clients through appointments
Build a Specialty
You do not need to be everything to everyone. Whether your interest is shoulder dysfunction, low-back pain, hips, sports injuries, headaches, prenatal care, lymphatic work, chronic pain, or another area of massage therapy, we want to help you develop that interest into an area of expertise.
Continuing education is strongly encouraged and generously supported.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an established LMT who:
- Provides thoughtful, skilled therapeutic bodywork
- Wants to continue learning
- Is dependable and professional
- Enjoys working with clients who are seeking meaningful pain relief
- Wants to be part of a practice and team rather than simply renting a room
- Is looking for stability and a sustainable long-term career
You worked hard to become a massage therapist. You shouldn't have to burn yourself out to make a living doing it. If you're ready for a practice designed to help LMTs grow, specialize, and stay in the profession for the long haul, we'd love to hear from you.
