New Graduate LMT at MMspecialists

Start Your Career With a Team of Experienced LMTs — 12–16 sessions per week | Evenings & weekends | W-2 | Extensive professional development

You just invested in becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. Your first job should help you become an exceptional therapist — not teach you how quickly you can burn yourself out.

Our practice was intentionally created to offer LMTs something that is surprisingly difficult to find in this profession: stability, mentorship, benefits, professional growth, and a sustainable caseload.

We are looking for a newly licensed or soon-to-graduate Massage Therapist interested in building a long-term career in therapeutic and medical massage.

A Better Way to Begin Your Career

Your schedule will be approximately 12–16 sessions per week, primarily during afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. The goal is not to pack your schedule with as many massages as possible. The goal is to help you become a skilled, confident therapist who can build a career that lasts.

You Don't Have to Know Your Specialty Yet

That's part of what your early career is for. Maybe you'll discover that you're especially interested in neck pain, headaches, shoulders, low-back pain, hips, prenatal massage, sports injuries, autoimmune conditions, or something else entirely.

We want to help you find what you love, get excellent at it, and build a reputation around it. We invest generously in continuing education because developing highly skilled therapists is central to our practice. You'd be joining our team of 3 at MMspecialists.

What We're Looking For

  • Newly licensed or graduating from an accredited massage therapy program
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Dependable
  • Professional
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and developing new skills
  • Interested in evidence-based, problem-focused pain relief massage
  • Looking for more than a temporary massage job

What You'll Receive

  • W-2 employment
  • 12–16 sessions per week
  • Evening and weekend schedule
  • Health insurance benefit
  • Paid time off
  • Paid sick time
  • Generous continuing education support
  • Guidance as you develop your clinical skills
  • Opportunities to pursue the areas of massage therapy that interest you most
  • Support in developing your own professional specialty
  • A practice that markets and promotes your strengths
  • Opportunities for advancement as the practice grows

This is an opportunity to build a real career with benefits, stability, continuing education, specialization, and room to grow — without beginning your career with an unsustainable workload.
