Massage Therapist at ASANA Organic Skin and Beauty

ASANA Organic Skin and Beauty is a boutique organic spa in Avon and Glastonbury. We have an established esthetics team and are intentionally building our massage offering. Help grow a massage book from the ground up with spa support behind you.

The Role

We're hiring a CT-licensed Massage Therapist part-time across both spas. Hours grow as your client book builds and vary with demand. Deliver high-quality bodywork in a supportive small-team setting, with clients booked for you and flexible self-scheduling. Help shape and grow our massage business alongside a thriving esthetics team.

What You'll Do

• Provide Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal massage
• Deliver a warm, professional client experience
• Work across Avon and Glastonbury on a shared part-time schedule
• Help grow massage with an established spa team
• Maintain CT licensing and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Connecticut massage therapy license (required)
• Reliable transportation for both Avon and Glastonbury (required)
• Spa or wellness experience preferred
• Confident in Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, and prenatal
• Hot stone and sports/therapeutic experience preferred
• Willingness to learn Head Spa / scalp treatments preferred
• Motivated to build and grow a massage book
• Reliable, client-centered, and comfortable in a boutique spa
