Advanced Esthetician and Licensed Massage Therapist

This is not a typical spa position. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional who is passionate about both advanced skincare and therapeutic massage, wants to build a loyal clientele, and is interested in growing with an integrated wellness practice.

Advanced Esthetics

The ideal candidate has strong experience with customized, results-oriented skincare, including:

• Customized corrective and luxury facials
• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels and advanced exfoliation
• LED phototherapy
• Microcurrent and non-invasive facial technologies
• Advanced extractions
• Acne, congestion, and hyperpigmentation
• Anti-aging, texture, and hydration treatments
• Skin-barrier repair
• Lymphatic facial massage and facial sculpting
• Professional skincare consultation and home-care recommendations
• Individualized treatment planning

Experience with Korean-inspired, glass-skin, barrier-repair, sculpting, or lymphatic facial protocols is a plus. We value an esthetician who understands how to assess the skin and thoughtfully combine treatments and modalities rather than simply follow a preset protocol.

Advanced Massage Therapy

Our massage practice is therapeutic and highly personalized. We are looking for a therapist with excellent hands-on skills and experience with several of the following:

• Swedish and deep tissue massage
• Sports massage and recovery
• Prenatal and postnatal massage
• Manual lymphatic drainage / lymphatic massage
• Craniosacral therapy
• Myofascial and soft-tissue techniques
• Trigger point and focused therapeutic work
• Mobility and range-of-motion techniques
• Head, neck, shoulder, back, and lower-extremity work

Experience with oncology/cancer-supportive massage and specialized or medically complex clientele is highly desirable.

Integrated Wellness Environment

We bring together advanced esthetics, massage therapy, acupuncture, and wellness services under one roof. Our practitioners work collaboratively to provide personalized care. Advanced aesthetic services, including microneedling performed by our licensed acupuncture practitioner within the applicable scope of practice, can also be incorporated into appropriate treatment plans. We are looking for someone who appreciates an integrated approach and is interested in continuing to learn and expand their skills.

Leadership Opportunity

Leadership experience is a plus, but initiative, professionalism, and a desire to grow are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures with precision and care.
• Deliver a wide range of massage therapies such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and specialized pain management techniques.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs, skin conditions, and musculoskeletal concerns to tailor treatments effectively.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and self-care practices to promote long-term results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and new treatment modalities to continually enhance service offerings.
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction and safety.

Skills

• Proven experience as an esthetician with advanced certification in skincare treatments.
• Licensed massage therapist with expertise in Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, and other modalities.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy related to skin health and musculoskeletal systems.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to skin conditions and therapeutic massage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients about treatment options and health concerns.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and CPR certification is preferred.
• Prior experience is highly desirable for understanding clinical protocols and client management.
• Passion for customer service excellence combined with a proactive approach to client care.
