Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
• Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment notes
• Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and wellness practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
• Uphold all state licensing requirements and industry standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License
• Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Experience working with athletes, active adults, and fitness-focused clients is a plus
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
