Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy services tailored to client needs
Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment notes
Educate clients on recovery, mobility, and wellness practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
Uphold all state licensing requirements and industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals

Qualifications

Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License
Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Experience working with athletes, active adults, and fitness-focused clients is a plus
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
