Licensed Massage Therapist at Awakenings Massage & Spa
Awakenings Massage & Spa in downtown New Bedford is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist for evening and weekend shifts!We are a full service day spa open 6 days a week offering massages, body treatments, facials, and waxing.
We are seeking someone who is confident and skilled in deep tissue massage. It's a plus if you offer assisted stretching and lymphatic drainage! Reliability, dependability, willingness to learn and grow, and having a team player attitude is a must.
Responsibilities
- Perform 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute treatments to a range of clients
- Thorough client intake pre-treatment
- Care plan offered to client post-treatment
- Detailed SOAP notes after every client/treatment
- Set up, restocking, and break down of your designated treatment room
Requirements
You must have a valid Massachusetts esthetics license and a current liability insurance policy.
