Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and other modalities tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
• Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of physiology and pain management techniques.
• Experience in client assessment and providing excellent client service.
• Familiarity with various massage techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
