Responsibilities

• Client Consultation:

• Massage Therapy:

• Stay informed about the latest developments in massage therapy and integrate new techniques into practice.
• Maintain Clean and Inviting Environment:
• Ensure massage rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Create a welcoming and calming atmosphere for clients to enhance their overall experience.
• Documentation:
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines regarding client confidentiality.
• Client Education:
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized self-care routines.
• Provide guidance on stretching exercises, relaxation techniques, and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall well-being.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors, physical therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and providing a positive and professional experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Massage Therapist.
• Certification from a recognized massage therapy program.
• Proficient in various massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor.
