Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain detailed treatment records using salon software such as Zenoti
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and available aesthetic services
• Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
• Support retail sales of skincare products, body waxing supplies, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, makeup applications, nail care products, and other aesthetic offerings

Experience

• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry preferred
• Certification or licensing in electrolysis or LPN required; additional esthetician licenses are a plus
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures in a clinical or salon setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on treatment options and aftercare
