Responsibilities

Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain detailed treatment records using salon software such as Zenoti
Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and available aesthetic services
Uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
Support retail sales of skincare products, body waxing supplies, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, makeup applications, nail care products, and other aesthetic offerings

Experience

Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty or skincare industry preferred
Certification or licensing in electrolysis or LPN required; additional esthetician licenses are a plus
Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures in a clinical or salon setting
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients effectively on treatment options and aftercare
